From its inception this group has offered Halal food, drinks, clothing, and basic medical first aid to those in need in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding States.
On each delivery day food packets are prepared by volunteers and distributed into specific routes. Food is sponsored both by those organizations with humanitarian programmes and by volunteers themselves.
Come rain or shine, Reach Out volunteers walk the streets of Malaysia seeking out those who need assistance to make it through another day.
On average, 1200 packs of biscuits, snacks, drinking water, fruits, and hot food are now distributed to the poor weekly.
Basic on street medical care is also provided as far as possible using traditional healing methods of flower, and fruit extracts and herbs, treating all manner of ailments from rat bites to fevers and coughs associated with an on street life.
There are two ways you can join us: 1) Sponsor or Donate food, drinks and/or clothes 2) Become a Volunteer to Pickup Food and/or Volunteer to Distribute Food.
